Statement of Financial Responsibility

I understand, in making application and upon enrollment of my child, I am morally and financially obligated to Christian Center Academy for the complete school year, namely (10) months, September through June. Exceptions are considered in special circumstances, graduating early, moving, extended illness, etc…

The Registration Fee: The Registration Fee is due, in Full, at the time I enroll my child. This is a non-refundable fee.

Curriculum fee: Due at registration and is non-refundable

Tuition: Tuition is due by the 1^st day of each month during the contracted time, September through June. A $20.00 late fee is added if the payment is not received by the 10^th of the month. Unless other arrangements have been made.

I hereby pledge to meet my financial obligation to Christian Center Academy as required.
